As CEO and founder of Gro Solutions, David Eads is responsible for the strategic direction and worldwide operations of the company. He is a frequent industry speaker and veteran of the mobile banking industry. Prior to founding Gro, David was an early employee at mFoundry (now FIS) and Kony, in addition to holding positions at Tealeaf Technology (now IBM) and Spectrum EBP (also now FIS). Despite his executive duties, Eads makes time to write code weekly.

As the COO for Gro Solutions, George Kelley directs the operations of the company’s day to day business to make sure everything is running in top form. George has over two decades in the technology industry, with more than 15 of those years specifically in customer-facing Mobile, Internet and Voice delivery channels for financial services. George is a pioneer in both mobile and online banking. His experience is comprised of product management, business development as well as managing implementation teams and technical support organizations. George has helped build early mobile and online pioneers ClairMail, Financial Fusion (then Sybase 365 and now SAP), S1, and Edify Corporation. George is a former Marine Corps Communications Officer and holds a B.S. in Statistics (Computer Science Option) from The George Washington University, Washington, DC. George is based in Washington, DC.

With more than 25 years of experience in technology across IT, sales, product development and management, Paul oversees all aspects of Gro Solutions global sales and marketing efforts. Before joining Gro Solutions, Paul served as Director of Sales for Financial Services at Mitek Systems, where he led sales efforts in the North East U.S. and Canada. Prior to Mitek, he was a key contributor to the early success of Kony Solutions, increasing revenue from ~$1M to over $10M in just one year. While at Kony, Paul was an integral part of developing mobile strategies for some of the largest banks and insurance companies in the U.S. He has also held key sales and management roles at IBM and Versata. While at IBM he led a struggling sales team from last to first place in the North American Software Group in 2003. Paul’s impressive experience also includes successful tenures at Tealeaf, mFoundry and Oracle.
As VP of Product at Gro Solutions, Lee Willis is responsible for product strategy, product marketing and innovation programs, with a focus on enabling our clients to acquire, service and expand relationships in an increasingly complicated landscape. Prior to Gro, Lee held several positions at Accenture over 8 years, including Consultant, Analyst and most recently Delivery Manager, where he led technical and functional teams in project management implementations. Lee holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
